Please take note of my current processing time at checkout before purchase, as each item is handmade to order and made to high quality standards.
All items are shipped standard first class, or standard international, unless tracked shipping is selected at checkout.
**CHRISTMAS SHIPPING**
My last order day to arrive in time for Christmas will be 10th December for the UK. Due to postal delays last year my last posting day for the US and EU countries will be 24th November. For any orders placed after this time I cannot guarantee they will arrive by Christmas.
PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging as though the wire is sturdy, it may become distorted if not handled with care.
REFUND POLICY
Custom orders are not available for refund - all sales are final. Refunds may be possible for items damaged by post, and only where proof of legitimate postage damage can be provided.
