UK Orders

Orders will be shipped as standard first class unless the tracked shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.
Shipping is charged as a flat rate for the whole order.

International
Orders will be shipped as standard international shipping unless the tracked shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.
Shipping is charged as a flat rate for the whole order. Shipping times vary internationally, with shipments taking between 1 and 6 weeks to arrive from date of dispatch. This part of the process is out of our hands unfortunately, and we ask for your patience and understanding.

Please be aware that international purchases may incur import charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will not be covered by ourselves.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellations

You are able to cancel any order up to 48 hours after purchase. Please do contact us for any queries outside this window.

Returns
​
We gladly accept accept returns for all items that are not customised* if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure you contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back to us in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom* orders are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and will not be refunded for original postage.

Exchanges
​
We gladly accept exchanges for all items that are not customised*, for example if you would prefer a different colour. Customers are responsible for exchange postage costs. Returned items must be returned back in original condition. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
